Practice-Based Learning

Before Graduation, the Fellowship requires its fellows to meet the following goals:

• Identification of strengths, weaknesses, and limits in one’s knowledge and expertise;

​​

• Identification and performance of appropriate learning activities;

​

• Analyzing practice using quality improvement methods, and implementing changes with the goal of practice improvement;

​

• Incorporating evaluation feedback into daily practice;​

​

• Using information technology to optimize learning and patient care;

​

• Participating in the education of patients, families, students, residents and other health professionals;

​
